Grants 101
Grants 101 is a two-hour virtual course designed for nonprofit employees and board members who have limited or no experience with grant writing. Participants will learn about different types of grant funders, the core components of a grant application, how to work within their organization to find the information they need, and how to build and manage relationships with funders. If requesting training in person, the course can be three hours and hands-on activities will be facilitated.
Participants do not need to have any grant experience. This class is designed for nonprofits seeking grants, not grants for individuals, businesses, or to attend college.
