This six-week in-person training will lead you toward competence in federal grant writing. Learn the content, practice the skills learned, and return the following week with questions to anchor your learning. Our goal is for every single participant to leave this course feeling more confident in their ability to find, vet, and apply for federal funding opportunities.

What You’ll Learn
Participants will graduate from the course with the knowledge and skills to identify federal funding opportunities that fit their organization, plan and facilitate internal teams to prepare strong responses, and confidently submit proposals. They will create template responses for common federal application narrative sections to aid in future federal grant seeking. Additionally, participants will receive example responses, tools, and decision matrices to guide federal grant-seeking in their organization.
After the course has concluded, participants will be invited to three scheduled group coaching calls on Zoom to discuss any challenges they are facing, review key topics, and ask questions of the instructor. These are optional once-a-month calls designed to reinforce participant learning. No new content will be delivered.
